See where ad money goes
Ad spend set beside the bookings and paid visits that followed it, once your Google Ads account can be connected.
For salons, barbers and appointment businesses
OwnerCue is a growth workspace for the owner of a local appointment business. It shows where your ad money goes, which bookings become paid visits, and what to change this week, with every number labelled by where it came from.
OwnerCue is in an invite-only pilot. There is no public price yet.
Four questions an owner asks every week, answered from your own data and public information.
Ad spend set beside the bookings and paid visits that followed it, once your Google Ads account can be connected.
Paid visits counted from your booking system's sales export, with refunds taken off, so a visit counts only when it was paid for.
A short weekly plan: a few changes worth trying, why each one is suggested, and the evidence behind it. You decide what to do.
A free public report on where you and nearby competitors show up in local searches and what their public pages show that yours do not.
Sign in to Google Analytics and Search Console with read-only access, and upload the sales or bookings export from your booking system.
OwnerCue matches bookings to paid visits and labels every figure with its source. Anything it cannot measure stays marked as unknown.
Each week you get a short list of changes to try, each with its reason and evidence. You choose what to act on, and OwnerCue keeps a record of what you decided.
What works today, what is waiting, and what comes in as a file rather than a live connection.
Free to use, no account needed. Each one says what it does and what it does not.
Enter your business, town and services. The report shows where you and up to three nearby competitors appear in the same local searches, and what their public pages show that yours do not. It reports how many checks were completed out of those planned. Sample businesses show sample data; for a real business it starts with a review of your website until live ranking data is switched on.
Find your business on Google and get the direct link that opens the "write a review" box on your Google Business Profile, with a copy button and a printable QR card for your front desk. Your search is not stored.
Coming soon: the Google search behind it is being set up.
Coming soon because tracking where you rank in local results week to week needs licensed search data, and OwnerCue will not scrape or estimate it.
Coming soon: it will show whether each AI assistant mentions your business for a fixed, published set of questions, engine by engine, never rolled into one blended score.
Every number in OwnerCue says where it came from and whether it was measured or estimated. When something cannot be measured, it is shown as unknown rather than guessed. OwnerCue does not claim a change brought you more bookings unless a test showed it, and it does not blend different signals into one universal score.
How OwnerCue uses Google data. OwnerCue asks for read-only access to Google Analytics and Search Console, reads only reporting data from Google Ads, and uses Google user data only to provide your own reports and recommendations inside your workspace; it is never sold or used for advertising. The details are in the OwnerCue privacy policy.
OwnerCue is invite-only while we work with a small number of salons and barbers. Tell us about your business and the booking system you use, and we will reply by email.
